Michelle Obama received a huge applause and warm welcome when made an unexpected appearance on stage at the 2019 Grammy awards.

The former First Lady joined Jada Pinkett-Smith, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and this years Grammy’s host Alicia Keys.

While on stage, she talked about the wide ranging musical genres that got her through tough moments in life, and reiterated just how music is impactful music is to just about everyone.

Based on the amazing reception she received, she’s still topping off the list of the most liked and respected former first lady.

This comes after the 97-year-old Duke of Edinburgh was involved in an accident in January as he was leaving his royal palace.

Prince Philip wasn’t injured in the accident however, he was shaken by the ordeal. The driver and passengers in the other car, involved in the accident sustained minor injuries.

The government has seized more than 100 recordings attorney Michael Cohen made in his conversations with people talking about matters that could relate to President Donald Trump and the Trump empire’s business dealings.

According to the Washington Post, Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney, made some of the recordings with his iPhone – without letting people know he was recording them. Several of those recordings were his conversations with reporters who asked him about the president.

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Roy Halladay died when a plane he was flying crashed into water in the Gulf of Mexico. Halladay was certified and licensed to be a pilot last November.  According to reports, Halladay had high concentrations of morphine and amphetamine along with the presence of an antidepressant, the sleeping aid zolpidem (sold under brand name Ambien) and trace amounts of alcohol in his blood.
